Refund & Return Policy
Overview
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange. In certain situations, we may choose to work with customers beyond this timeframe at our discretion.
All machine work, including slide cutting services, is non-refundable.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If there is an issue, we will work with you promptly to resolve it in a fair and satisfactory manner.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In the same condition as received
- In the original packaging
We do not accept returns on items that have been opened, installed, tested, used, or damaged.
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS or USPS). Shipping Insurance is an option at checkout, if you do not choose to have your package insured it is unlikely the carrier will compensate you.
Return Process
To initiate a return, you must contact us via email or through the Contact Us form on this website.
Once approved, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returns must include:
- Your invoice, invoice number, or account information
- The issued RMA number
Returns sent without prior approval and an RMA number will not be processed.
Note: For issues with optics, please contact the manufacturer directly, as they can typically provide faster service and support.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items not in original condition
- Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
- Approved returns received after 30 days
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
If a return is rejected, the item will be shipped back to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (processing delays are common)
- Contact your bank
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution. This timing is outside of our control.
If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are final and non-refundable.
Exchanges
To qualify for an exchange, items must be:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In original packaging and like-new condition
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.
You must contact us in advance to receive an RMA number. Items sent without authorization will not be processed.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If a refund is issued, return shipping may be deducted
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing insurance for higher-value items. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
